Story
We created our Postpartum Fitness Program after seeing a clear gap in the support available for mothers returning to exercise after birth. Many women are eager to get moving again, but often don’t have access to guidance that prioritizes recovery, healing, and long-term pelvic health.
As pelvic health professionals, we believe the postpartum period deserves more than generic fitness classes. It requires a thoughtful, rehab-informed approach that respects the changes the body has gone through.
Our Postpartum Fitness Program combines Pilates and strength training to help rebuild core and pelvic floor function, restore confidence in movement, and safely guide mothers back to the activities they love. The goal isn’t just to exercise again. It’s to recover well, move well, and feel strong in your body again.
How it works?
Four Week Program / Two Classes per Week
Tuesdays and Thursdays
$176+HST
Can start before physician 6 week clearance as long as red flags are ruled out.
